With SOS|Guardian, SOS|Support receives instant notification regarding client’s servers and computers. SOS|Support will be on-site within 1 hour for critical cases once a notification is received. Access server and computer status in the client log-in. The client log-in allows each client to initiate and view the status of any outstanding issues or projects, as well as a history of past problems and repair descriptions.
SOS|Offsite Backup is another service used for preventative maintenance. Offsite Backup is on a secure enterprise level encrypted cloud backup. Client’s will be able to receive daily logs in the offsite backup.
