Jason Kidman is a great boss! He always thinks of his employees and clients. He is a fun person to work with, and is always making work more enjoyable. Jason is an extremely hard worker, and never gives up! Jason is always going way way above and beyond.
Q: How do you define success as a business owner? – “When you feel like an asset to the clients.”
Q: What are your goals for the company over the next 3-5 years? – “Through strategic growth, scale to grow four times over.”
Q: What is the single most critical talent you possess? – “Resilience, and follow through.”
Q: What skills or talents do you think would make you even more successful? – “Everything, I can improve on everything. Time Management is a big one – I have a hard time leaving things ‘in-process’.”
Q: Why did you start this company? – “I saw how other IT providers would be dishonest, and take advantage. I started on my own with very little capital investment, and with principles based on honesty and integrity.”
Q: What is your favorite part? – “Being able to provide jobs, and keeping a good positive company atmosphere. We have a great work culture always looking to improve. Helping our clients be more successful and less stressed with computers.”
Q: Who has helped you the most? – ” Tony Yraguen- He is the best mentor. He has been one of my best friends for over 10 years. Also my business coach Cherie. Other mentors have helped me as well. The best education besides 12 years experience has been the Goldman Sachs 10000 small business program.”
Q: What do you want people to know about your company? – “That we really care about clients and individuals in their organization.”
Q: What is the most important fact about yourself? – “I hold myself to a really high standard.”
Q: What is your biggest achievement in work? – “Managing 40% growth in revenue in just over 1 year.”
Q: Outside of work? – “My wife and four kids, with the youngest just born beginning of Sep 2015!”
Q: What school did you go to? – “I went to Shelly High School- in Idaho, then LDS Business College.”
