Christine Humphreys
My late mother in law Christine was an amazing person. When I first started my own business in 2003 she always told me I would be successful. I had a passion for self improvement and entrepreneurship; but a weakness in sales and knowing how to build contacts. Christine was a great source of emotional support; she was in tune, very talented and spiritual.
When I came up with the name “SOS Support” I thought of “HELP” and “Computer Support” – hence, “SOS Support”. This was my strength with I.T. – helping people in a way that helps them be more productive and efficient. Christine helped me develop my first business card idea – a Life Preserver flotation device with a keyboard.
She drew this image by hand and I digitized it (she was also an artist) and it became the first business logo and SOS Support was born.
