SOS Support is Growing and Getting Better Year After Year!
2018 has started out with a bang for SOS Support. We had a great 2017 and are continuing to build on that momentum. It is important for us to let our customers know where we are improving. Everything we do is to get you, our clients, better service. So here is a recap of some of the highlights from 2017 and what we are working on for 2018.
In 2017 we were awarded MWCN Top 100 Utah Fastest Growing Business.
What does this mean for our clients? Well, it means that there is a reason why we are growing. Our services are what businesses need. When it comes to IT support we have great packages that provide all the necessities with outstanding customer support. Customer support is where we really strive to be the best. We know how devastating a computer system issue can be for a business and there is no doubt that in those moments, you need a lot of support. We not only offer the personalized support in those moments, but also the ongoing support needed to ensure that you are not only safe during a crisis but also that day to day, you know that your computer systems are in the best hands.
Computer systems are the heart of every business in this technological age. Our packages are affordable for small to medium sized businesses. This is important to us so that you don’t have to worry about whether you can afford the IT support that is required to run your business. It is something we continue to improve on and will be maintaining in 2018.
How much did we grow?
Last year we added roughly a dozen new clients and increased our endpoint managements by over 30%! We are projected to surpass this number in 2018. We didn’t just grow externally, internally we re-staffed a large portion of our admin and management team. We now have a new Office Manager, added to our Dispatch/Customer Service and added a Tech Manager. We also hired more full-time technicians and our recently hired tech intern is now a full time tech!
What Investment Did We Make?
We recently implemented the industries best documentation collaboration tool called IT Glue. We are really excited about it and we will tell you more about it in an upcoming blog post.
We also implemented Crewhu! – a company culture tool that integrates with all our systems and processes. This allows us to give each other badges to recognize hard work or innovative ideas. It also provides every single ticket we close with a survey option which is really important to us in order to maintain our exceptional customer service. The results of this are on our homepage www.sossupport.net. We publish them there and hold ourselves accountable to quality feedback; good or bad, to help us continually improve.
We also made the CRN Top 250 (nationally) “Next Gen 250”. The Next Gen 250 list recognizes standout IT solution providers who have successfully transformed their businesses to meet the demands of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, IoT, virtualization, mobility, business analytics and business intelligence.
Our dedication to implementing the latest technologies while simultaneously providing the highest customer service was the reason we were recognized. Thank you to our loyal clients that are the motivation behind all of this.
