These customers need emergency support as soon as possible. We take care of these customers within an hour window.
2. SOS Support
This is a high priority support for customers just below emergency support. We ask for a 4-hour window.
3. After Hours Emergency & After Hours Scheduled Support
We provide this service regularly for our clients.
4. Typical Support
Typical support is 1-3 days out, scheduling on the next available time slot. This support is tailored to the less urgent IT needs.
